About the role
Provide pharmacist services at FCI Oxford: serve as a resource to medical providers on pharmacy practice, monitor drug therapy for contraindications, interactions and allergies, maintain patient medication records, dispense and secure drugs, and maintain the adverse drug reaction reporting system in line with Joint Commission, DEA, FDA and Bureau of Prisons guidelines.
Requirements
Valid and current license to practice Pharmacy
Proof of CPR certification
Must pass a background check and have a favorable credit report.
