What is the hiring and interview process like?
We strive to make the interviewing and hiring process as streamline as possible. We practice strong business ethics and present opportunities that match each professionals' qualifications in order to minimize the hiring steps.
How will I learn about where I will be placed?
Our recruiters explain the specifics of each job offer in detail. In addition, they introduce you to knowledgeable corporate members to assist you with understanding the logistics of each assignment. We conduct face-to-face virtual interviews with each prospect to ensure candidates have the necessary information to make educated decisions for each assignment.
Are my hours guaranteed?
Assignment hours are based on the client's operational needs and contract requirements. Each listing states the schedule before you apply.
If I call during the night, who will answer the phone?
Our on-call line, (240) 450-2844, is for urgent staffing-related matters and emergencies related to your assignment. We respond to non-urgent inquiries within 24 hours. For medical emergencies, please contact the appropriate official emergency services or emergency number in your location.
Which healthcare jobs does Absolute Staffers staff?
We staff all clinical and allied health disciplines — physicians, nurses, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, laboratory and allied health professionals — along with clerical and administrative staff. We hold 50+ awarded SINs under GSA FSS Schedule 621 I.

Yes. We mobilize qualified clinical staff in 24–48 hours from activation to deployment. Contracting officers call us for urgent requirements — including sites in remote areas and roles that have sat vacant for six months or longer.
