Absolute Staffers, LLC (“Absolute Staffers”, “we”, “us”) provides healthcare staffing and consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through absolutestaffers.com and related forms, text messages and emails, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Job applicants and talent network members: name, email, phone number, discipline, state licenses, years of experience, preferred locations, earliest start date, your resume and anything else you choose to send us.
- Clients and people who contact us: name, email, organization, and the content of your message.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and IP address, collected through cookies and similar tools (see “Cookies and analytics”).
Please do not send us Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through the website. We will request what is needed for credentialing later through a secure process.
How we use your information
- To review applications, match candidates with positions, and contact you about opportunities.
- To verify licenses and credentials and complete the onboarding required by our clients and by law.
- To answer messages and provide our services to client facilities.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations, including employment and government contracting requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With client facilities, when you are being considered for a position with them.
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, our applicant tracking and application tools (for example HiringThing, where you complete job applications, and ClickUp), background and credential verification providers, and website analytics. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Text messages (SMS)
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying or of employment. If you agree, we will use your number to contact you about positions, your application and your assignments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and WordPress.com/Jetpack statistics, to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. We do not use session recording or keystroke capture. Our Contact page shows an embedded Google Map, which lets Google receive your IP address when the page loads; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep applicant records for as long as needed to consider you for positions and to meet record-keeping requirements under employment and government contracting laws (generally at least three years), and then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including restricted access to resumes and submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@absolutestaffers.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, Maryland or other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will verify your request before acting on it.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults seeking employment or staffing services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
